Its purpose in building connections, the five-day excursion offers structured and informal networking opportunities with young professional counterparts in the region, as well as special access to The Next Leaders Conference in Bali. The terrific opportunity about this tour is that you don’t have to be actively pursuing business opportunities in Indonesia.

Alongside this, the tour will also provide avenues to engage in experiencing a new culture – with the ability to sample Bali throughout the five days.

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Bali

Depart from Brisbane for Denpasar, Bali. Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport, you will be greeted by our local Balinese representative and transferred to The Anvaya Beach Resort located in the famous South Kuta Beach.

The travel time between the airport and your accommodation is approximately 20 minutes, subject to local traffic conditions.

If our flight arrival time permits, there will be some downtime before departing for your welcome dinner at an authentic Balinese restaurant. This dinner will provide an unforgettable culinary, cultural, and visual art experience, with the warm hospitality of the Balinese people.

Day 2 Goodwill & Wine

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Driya Raba, a local school for the blind founded in 1957, where you will meet the students and understand their learning journey.

A part of your registration cost will be allocated to a gift to the school (More on this will be covered in your welcome pack). You are more than welcome to spend your time having a conversation with the students, they will be thrilled to practice their English with a native speaker like yourself.

You will then visit Sababay Winery for a distillery tour and wine tasting followed by a long lunch in the tranquil wine garden. The winery collaborates and supports local grape farmers to empower and better their lives. We invite you to learn about their vision and taste their passion. Lunch includes four small wine tastings plus a substantial meal, participants will have the option to purchase additional wine at the cash bar.

For dinner, you will head towards the famous Jimbaran area, a fishing village and coastal resort south of Kuta, for some fresh seafood.

Day 3 Rebalance & Rejuvenate

Start the day with a fresh breakfast at the hotel, then you will go cycling through the flat local rice fields of Ubud, making a quick pitstop at a nearby village. Feel free to support the local sellers by purchasing a quick snack or drink.

Our 60 to 90-minute cycling route will end at Moksa Restaurant, a delightful plant-based venue that showcases the very best of local produce. Moksa accentuates locally sourced produce and sustainable methods of production, showcasing that healthy food can be delicious for everyone.

After lunch, you will be transferred back to the hotel to relax and enjoy the resort’s facilities for the afternoon before heading out to a beachfront dinner around the Seminyak area.

Day 4 The Next Leaders Conference

It's the big conference day!

The Next Leaders Conference brings together young leaders from Australia and Indonesia to develop their leadership skills and awareness across borders and cultures, and build an international network. Over the three sessions, this conference features a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.

Your conference registration includes meals with entertainment to conclude the conference and end your trip in Bali on a high.

Day 5 Departure Day

Your last day at the hotel includes breakfast and lunch. Reward yourselves with a relaxing one-hour Balinese massage at a local spa after an active and informative week on the island. The massage fee is included as part of your travel package, and you can enjoy the soothing experience to the fullest.

You will then check-out and enjoy lunch at the hotel.

You will have access to the departure lounge including complimentary shower access so you can relax and freshen up before your departure. At the appropriate time, we will transfer you to the airport for your flight, concluding your memorable journey to Bali.
